Lecture Notes:

1. Never Drink Tea its not India Lecture and not necessary for body at all. It creates acidity , increases fat ,

2. If you stop drinking tea for 1 year - 5 kgs will get loss minimum in 1 year

3. Drink water early morning for cleansing

4 . Morning eat dry friut , fruits

5. 9 am eat breakfast mostly with sprouts everyday add salad in sprouts so tasty everyday

6. When preparing food items like poha etc add lot of vegetables. More vegetables more health.

7 afternoon 1 to 2 pm lunch have salad complusary . Have variety in salads everyday.

8.  Chapati only 1 or max 2 at afternoon and evening. Eat more salad and vegetables.

9. Dinner 1 chapati rice just 2-3 spoons

10. Fill stomach with tomato soup , shhas, salad, vegetables,  at night compulsari glass of milk.

11. Right meals at right time.

12. For child breakfast is Brain Food. So must for kids.

13. If weight more its a matter of immediate action to avoid long term illness. Target 10 kgs less than current heavy weight.

14. Teeth - Brush 2 times compulsary as teeth should be 100% clean evryday as long term pronlems due to pyrihia

15. Never reuse the oil once used . Reheating avoid as much as possible.

16. Avoid heavy masalas mirch heavy oil.

17. Some foods eat as much as possible

Green vegetables.
Kakadi patakobi
Wash very cleanly.

Tomato soup and saash prepare evertyday at home and drink as much as possible

18. Restricted food.

- rice max one small cup avoid eating full
- milk and its bi products restricted.
-papad it incrwases bp , creates teeth problem as high salt.
- pickles never eat everyday its tamsik
-chatni of nariysl snd shengdane restricted
Foodina and savadhana chatni eat as much as posdible

19. Foods to be avoided

A- sweet poteto and potato
B- carrot more increases suger
C-arbi kaan suger more
D  beat root for suger patatints
E  avoid suger jam jelly
F cake avoid
G pastries and cookies avoid dont eat everyday with tea etc

F samosa vadas bhajiya avoid

G horlics and bournvita is only sugar maxixum,  avoid for kids

H colddrinks avoid its toilet cleaner dont touch at all

I Eat fruit as much as possible .

J sugercane juice drink hygenic with glasses preferably plastic

16 Fruites can eat everyday
